Contract

Once we receive your order, this represents an offer by you to purchase items from us. Your offer to purchase will be accepted by us once your order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card has been charged and completed when we send e-mail confirmation that the items have been dispatched to you. Double Dutch Discords is not bound by a contract with you until your order has been accepted by us and your credit/debit card charged.

You must be aged 18 or over before placing an order.

These terms & conditions and any contracts formed between you and Double Dutch Discords for sale of items shall be governed by English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Pricing & Availability

• All prices shown on this site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.
• Double Dutch Discords reserves the right to alter its prices. We will automatically notify you by e-mail should the price of the product you have ordered be altered.
• Should the item not be available for any unforeseeable reason, we will inform you of this.

Postage & Packing

Delivery address in the UK: £1.85 per item
Delivery address abroad: £5.98 per item

Double Dutch Discords will not be responsible for any additional charges, import duties or taxes levied once the goods reach the specified overseas destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

• Normally, you should expect a delivery time of approximately 7 working days. However, delivery times are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. We shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the items you have ordered within 30 days of the date of your order. If this is not possible, we will notify you.

Items may be returned for a refund [less postage & packaging] under the following conditions:-

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
• The item must have its seal or shrink-wrap intact.
• The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging at your risk and at your cost.
• There will be a £2 administration fee.

Double Dutch Discords will not be held responsible of parcels lost on return to us and advises you to obtain a certificate of posting when returning goods.

You may cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of receipt. Please return the item in accordance with our Return Policy procedure and you will receive a refund [less postage, packaging & administration fee].

Return of Faulty or Sub-standard Products

If the product you return is faulty or damaged in transit to you, we will send you a replacement. Please return any such items to us in accordance with our Return Policy procedure.

All contents of this website and its products are protected by intellectual property rights and other related rights. This website or any portion of this website and its products may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

All ownership, title, risk of loss and or damage in the item you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which the item leaves our premises.

Double Dutch Discords will not be held responsible for any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the items you ordered which was not within our reasonable control and where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect you statutory rights.

Double Dutch Discords does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products & content of any of these and any other third parties.
